Our custom LED signs are all covered with a one year warranty from the date it's purchased. In case of any fault on the product, it is the customer's responsibility to contact our service team (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours of receiving LED neon sign and provide photos or videos of the problem and ship it back to our factory once approved. The warranty coverage on products is decided once the product is returned to us for evaluation using the original box. Misuse, neglect, abuse, accidents, incorrect maintenance, and improper installation resulting in damage to the product will not be covered by warranty. The customer will shoulder the one-way shipping cost of the sign back to our factory for repairs. The warranty will be automatically voided if the product is not returned in its original packaging, and all charges for shipping and any repair will be the customer's responsibility. Unauthorized returns of products will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Please give us 8-10 business days for your sign to be repaired and shipped back to you.
Our product's quality and safety are our number 1 priority; we make sure to put extra effort into packaging your custom LED signs with multiple layers. There may still be a chance (although highly unlikely) that you will receive a broken sign. If this happens, please immediately contact our customer service team at email@example.com and send us photos of the damaged sign within 24hours of receiving the sign. That is why it is essential that you inspect the product and inform us immediately as it's critical for us, considering we have to file for an insurance claim with the carrier to ensure that you get a replacement sign. Photos are required for us to determine the degree of the damage.
A damage call tag will usually be issued with FedEx/UPS to pick up and return the product for replacement or repair. The customer would be liable for the freight payment if the shipment gets refused. The courier will then pick up the damaged item within 72hrs for inspection and return the item to our factory. Please give us 8-10 business days for your sign to be repaired and shipped back to you. If UPS/FedEx charges us for additional fees in correcting your address, your credit card/invoice will be rebilled, and a proof will be sent to you.

As the recipient and importer of record, it will be your responsibility to make sure that the product you ordered can be legally imported to the country of destination and that you must comply with all the rules and regulations of the said country. For orders shipped outside of the United States, please note that the recipient of these international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees that are imposed once the shipment reaches the recipient's country. We cannot predict nor control additional charges for customs clearance. Our original estimated delivery may change if customs clearance procedures are required.
We make sure that you get the exact Custom made LED sign that you want by following a thorough ordering process and putting our efforts into every LED sign project, and the possibility of "not getting" the sign that you want is highly unlikely. However, if the neon LED sign that you receive does not meet your expectations, please make sure that you send us a photo of the sign to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24hr of receipt for us to assist you best.
